At KAYA&KATO, we love what we do. Being part of the difference means achieving goals that no one thought possible. When we started, we repeatedly heard the same concerns: sustainable workwear is too expensive, not industrial laundry compatible, not practical.
Now, seven years later, we look back on a successful history: together with numerous renowned, sustainability-minded customers and partners, we have achieved a transformation in the workwear industry.
FROM IDEAS COMES CHANGE
We have transitioned all Dorint Hotels to sustainable clothing and flat linen - industrial laundry compatible, of course. Our Clean Ocean fabrics, made from recycled polyester from ocean plastic waste, are now in use here as well.
A single Dorint Hotel alone has saved over 10 tons of CO2 and around 240,000 liters of water through the use of the new workwear.
We are proud of what we have achieved together and are very pleased with the positive feedback from our customers – whether in person, by email, or on Instagram.
