Shipment

Delivery times
Goods in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Shipments within Europe may take up to 5 working days. For deliveries to Switzerland we need approx. 7 working days for dispatch.
Delivery times for products that receive customisation are at least 14 days. Please refer to the order confirmation for delivery details.

Shipping costs
For a delivery to Germany, Europe and Switzerland, the following shipping costs apply. If you would like to order our products to countries not listed, please contact us.

* From a minimum order value of 100€ (value of goods) we ship free of charge to Germany and Austria. We can only offer free returns for Germany.

** For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We are not responsible for any customs costs that may be incurred.

Returns
Would you like to return a product or a sample to us?

Then you can create a return label here. 

Returns from Germany are free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the costs for returns from abroad. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of goods in transit.

Please pack your return properly and send it back to us unwashed and unworn so that nothing stands in the way of a resale. Please do not remove any labels or other tags. A fully completed returns form will help us process your return.  

It can take up to 14 days to process your return.
